Missions.
To assist an Account Director and a Senior Project Manager with branding and packaging projects for national and international brands (Nestlé Group). Your detailed responsibilities:
• Search for packaging visuals online and/or in-store
• Benchmarking for presentation to creatives/clients
• Participating in client presentations
• Liaising with the client (handling daily requests, project management, building client relationships)
• Liaising with various suppliers (requesting and analyzing quotes)
• Commercial management (creating quotes, tracking team’s monthly financial figures)
• Participating in client briefings
• Writing meeting summaries
• Drafting creative briefs and debriefs
• Attending internal meetings (brainstorming sessions, workshops)
• Contributing to the preparation of client presentations
• Participation in shoots/proof approvals
• Monitoring execution files with our execution and graphic design teams
• Managing the delivery of execution documents
Your involvement within the agency and with the client will allow you to gain real operational skills and to participate in and understand a project from A to Z, whether it involves creating or evolving a brand strategy and its implementation (packaging, POS, etc.).
Searched profile.
From a Business, Communication, or Advertising school (4th year) or holding a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication, you are eager to engage in a long and formative internship or work-study programme (apprenticeship).
Previous experience in a communication, advertising, or design agency is a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, browsing and searching for images on the Internet.
Good level of spoken and written English.

- Naturally curious and passionate about brands and design, you have a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and aspire to more autonomy.
