About the role.
Under the responsibility of the creative director of the agency’s Retail Architecture division, you will join the Retail team as a technical interior architect.
Project types: boutiques, offices, restaurants, shopping centers. You are able to work autonomously on your daily tasks, in regular exchange with the rest of the team and your line manager.
Your essential knowledge of fire safety regulations and PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) accessibility in ERP (Public Access Buildings), along with general planning skills, will allow you to collaborate on projects from the design phases, and you will be responsible for the project during the technical development phase.
Your task and responsibilities.
Technical detailing:
- Production of detailed preliminary design (APD) plans from conceptual design (APS) plans.
- Material research with suppliers.
- Preparation of material boards.
- Contacting, exchanging, and meeting with the various involved engineering consultants (fluid, acoustics, lighting, kitchen designer, etc.).
Required profile.
- Interior Architect qualification/training.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the profession, with essential experience in the technical phases of an interior design project such as a boutique, office, or restaurant.
- Spoken and written English.
6-month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) starting as soon as possible.
