Les marques ne peuvent plus exister exclusivement en tant que source de revenus pour les entreprises. Aujourd&#8217;hui, pour se faire une place sur le march\u00e9 \u2013 ou simplement y garder sa place \u2013 il est essentiel de repenser les fondamentaux de la marque en prenant bien davantage conscience de ses impacts dans le monde, et de trouver une raison d&#8217;\u00eatre autre que le simple profit. Mais au del\u00e0 de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de identification, les marques peuvent \u00e9galement \u00e9veiller l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ceux qui s\u2019av\u00e8rent sensibles \u00e0 leur raison d&#8217;\u00eatre pour occasionner des changements positifs dans leur fa\u00e7on de penser, de se comporter ou de consommer, desquels r\u00e9sulteront des impacts positifs pour notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, l&#8217;affinit\u00e9, le retour sur investissement, etc. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, tous ces crit\u00e8res de mesure permettaient de suivre et de pr\u00e9voir les achats et, par cons\u00e9quent, les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section Mais si nous nous dirigeons vers un \u00ab march\u00e9 de la marque \u00bb moins transactionnel, allons-nous devoir continuer \u00e0 mesurer la performance de la marque uniquement en fonction de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vendre un produit ou un service ?<\/p><p>Comme nous l&#8217;avons soulign\u00e9 au tout d\u00e9but de ce texte, les marques jouent aujourd&#8217;hui un r\u00f4le plus important dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et nous devons revoir la mani\u00e8re dont nous mesurons leurs performances pour rester en phase avec leur propre \u00e9volution. Toutefois, deux aspects essentiels doivent \u00eatre pris en consid\u00e9ration dans toutes ces approches, ind\u00e9pendamment de leurs concepteurs :<\/p> <p>Le brand building (ou la construction de la marque) n&#8217;est pas une science exacte, et ne doit donc pas \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de chiffres. C&#8217;est un concept \u00e0 la fois factuel et \u00e9motionnel, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en faisant la synth\u00e8se de diverses exp\u00e9riences : de l&#8217;identification du consommateur avec l&#8217;offre et le positionnement de la marque \u00e0 son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me design (logo, magasin, pack, site, couleurs\u2026).<\/p> <p>De ce dernier d\u00e9pend non seulement la mat\u00e9rialisation de la promesse et de la raison d&#8217;\u00eatre de la marque, mais aussi la r\u00e9action\/r\u00e9ponse du consommateur \u00e0 celle-ci (design performatif). Cela explique pourquoi nous devons mettre en place une approche multifacette pour englober tout cela, en m\u00e9lant les donn\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes avec les connaissances humaines, et les m\u00e9thodes quantitatives avec les m\u00e9thodes qualitatives.
