To denounce the under-representation of women in this field, <strong>Social Builder<\/strong> diverts the situation by prohibiting job offers to women, masked by a \u201cgendered content\u201d celebrate accessibility.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section today strive to celebrate diversity and empowerment of minorities. <strong>Normalizing bodies, de-gendering products or celebrating multiculturalism are part of multiple inclusivity strategies to enable accessibility.<\/strong><\/p><p>To be consistent with the values \u200b\u200bof our 3.0 era, brands today are encouraged to:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Fight against gender discrimination and sexism<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Celebrate intuitive and more accessible design<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Embrace equity through inclusive How? By creating products and services that meet their needs and allow them to better understand their environment; that is a <strong>real power tool<\/strong>. On the other hand, female characters in digital spaces are known to be highly sexualized with considerably stereotyped beauty criteria such as: unrealistic body dimensions, or sexualization through
