The main challenges for CBA were to define the strategic fundamentals of the brand\u00a0in order to\u00a0deploy an identity and graphic ecosystem that makes sense with 2 main ambitions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • To appeal in order to change\u00a0mentalities\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>
  • And\u00a0make .nod\u00a0the normal food for demanding epicureans\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    In the last 50 years, the food standard has turned upside down. The norm today is pesticides, additives, ultra-processing, opaque origins… We feed on\u00a0chemistry\u00a0and everyone thinks it’s normal! In a world that is walking on its head, we are convinced that the best way to go back to the right way was to go backwards!\u00a0.nod\u00a0(=\u00a0bon which means\u00a0good\u00a0in\u00a0French), the first brand that is spelled backwards, is an invitation to change direction and to ask\u00a0ourselves\u00a0if normality should not be good, “without chemistry”, raw, local…\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    Based on this observation, the agency wanted to\u00a0<\/span>put the spotlight on<\/span>\u00a0an innovative creative concept: common sense is to change<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0it<\/span><\/strong>. Therefore, CBA has developed a visual identity in line with this concept,\u00a0<\/span>i.e.<\/span>\u00a0“upside down<\/strong>” creations with an aesthetic that emphasizes taste. The goal of this graphic territory is to be against the tide.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    By turning us upside down with his ideals, this entrepreneur turned us right side up. We decided to create a brand that puts food back on the right way.     The logo has also been designed: by using the mirror effect, it allows you to read the word “bon” (<\/span>\u201c<\/span>good<\/span>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>F<\/span>rench<\/span>) hidden in the brand name. The dot, at the beginning of the word “nod” or at the end of “bon”, depending on which way you look at it, emphasizes the simplicity of the products<\/span>; .nod<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0products are good,\u00a0<\/span>and that\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>all!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    In line with the visual identity designed by our teams, the packaging also plays with the\u00a0sense\u00a0of the product. Whether they are placed upside down or right side up, the name remains legible. This play on the orientation of the packaging allows the brand to highlight its products, to make\u00a0it\u00a0unique without leaving consumers indifferent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    CBA also defined .nod’s social media strategy based on the brand’s message.
