Relationship, personalization and attention for details are the cornerstone on which CBA takes the cue from for the “look and feel” project for the Private Centers of Banca Fideuram.

Banca Fideuram, one of the first four market operators of the Private Banking in Italy, has always been focused on high level clients, managing the interests of about twenty thousand of them who have assets for 27 billion Euros in the bank. The Group is now aiming at the further development of Private Banking throughout the creation of a corporate service-line and new Private Centers devoted to clients with big assets.

The new Private Centers of the Banca Fideuram will be the meeting points between the brand and the top clients, characterizing the service model that belongs to Banca Fideuram and that makes relationship, personalization and attention for details the key to its success. Direct relationship, intimacy and reception are the cornerstone on which the new Private Centers project is based.

In cooperation with the Marketing Direction of Fideuram Bank, CBA planned the u0022look and feelu0022 of the Private Centers, in order to express at best the Fideuram Private identity. The design is based on the dualism between black and white to create elegant and pleasant environments inspired to the values of confidentiality and attention to detail. The attention to details in each room makes the experience as personal as it might be allowing the client on feeling completely ease.
