La consapevolezza che un brand deve riuscire ad <\/span><b>essere rilevante anche verso l\u2019interno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e non solo rivolgersi ai clienti e alle platee esterne, ha cambiato le strategie di branding e &#8211; pi\u00f9 nel profondo &#8211; il pensiero strategico alla loro base, portando alla nascita di nuove prassi, nuovi metodi e nuovi strumenti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In tantissimi casi, oltretutto, l\u2019implementazione di strategie di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">employer branding <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">porta a una maggiore efficacia delle attivit\u00e0 che appartengono alla sfera \u201ctradizionale\u201d del branding, con ricadute positive su fattori cruciali come produttivit\u00e0, customer experience e percezione della marca.\u00a0 incontrato di recente anche durante la realizzazione di <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/elb.cba-design.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Employer Love Branding<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, il progetto editoriale di CBA Italy dedicato all\u2019employer branding e in particolare alla <\/span><b>valorizzazione del brand nella relazione fra azienda e lavoratori<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, lanciato nello scorso mese di febbraio. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section definire ed elevare il ruolo del brand nell\u2019engagement interno, tentando di comprendere quanto (e come) l\u2019applicazione dei principi propri di un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employer Love Brand<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> possa portare vantaggi reali per le imprese.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Temi di discussione tutt\u2019altro che accademici, in un momento storico in cui le aziende si confrontano quotidianamente con un mercato del lavoro dinamico e difficile, all\u2019interno del quale <\/span><b>attrazione, acquisizione e mantenimento dei talenti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sono sempre pi\u00f9 difficoltosi. Ne esistono di tipi diversi, soprattutto dal punto di vista organizzativo. Il primo \u00e8 &#8211; naturalmente &#8211; quello della <\/span><b>formazione specifica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, grazie alla diffusione di contenuti di valore, tecnici e non. Accanto a questa c\u2019\u00e8 la funzione pi\u00f9 di <\/span><b>posizionamento e awareness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> nei confronti del mondo esterno all\u2019azienda, soprattutto quando si tratta di academy \u201copen\u201d.
