Consumer revolution<\/a>, dedicato ai brand DTC, player nativi digitali che, disintermediando la catena del valore, ridefiniscono i confini di alcune industry specifiche.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section digitalizzazione raggiunta durante la pandemia, ha influenzato le regole del gioco in diversi settori, anche in Italia.<br \/><\/p><p>Basti pensare a quello che \u00e8 successo qui da noi negli ultimi sei mesi:<\/p><ul><li><em>Granarolo ha aperto il suo primo canale digitale<\/em><\/li><li><em>Campari ha acquisito il 49% di Tannico<\/em><\/li><li><em>Lancome ha inaugurato lo streaming e-commerce direttamente su Livescale<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section passi nel DTC \u00e8 riconducibile a tre obiettivi fondamentali.<br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4f9520b6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4f9520b6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Tattica:<\/strong>Per chi ha una rete di distribuzione propria, capillare sul territorio, attivare la modalit\u00e0 DTC permette di utilizzare al meglio la logistica tradizionale. Questo pu\u00f2 valere soprattutto per le reti dei prodotti FMCG freschi, che avvalendosi della logistica quotidiana relativa ai super, quindi estremamente capillare, sono in grado di gestire la distribuzione relativa ad un e-commerce e allo stesso tempo distribuire i costi relativi alla logistica stessa.<\/li><li><strong>Sopravvivenza:<\/strong>Molte aziende non sopravviveranno senza costruire un modello di business data-driven. Questo vuol dire solo in parte raccogliere dati e utilizzarli per segmentare, targetizzare e realizzare pricing adeguati. Ma introduce la possibilit\u00e0 di costruire relazioni personalizzate, intime e di lungo periodo per restituire pi\u00f9 valore al consumatore.<\/li><li><strong>Evoluzione: <\/strong>Lavorare sul DTC, vuol dire accelerare la \u201cservitization\u201d, compiendo il passaggio obbligato da prodotto a soluzione olistica attorno al job to be done. Ed ecco che Lancome non vende pi\u00f9 un rossetto ma una modalit\u00e0 di empowerment. Tannico non vende vino, ma il farti sentire un sommelier. E questo avviene attraverso il servizio, abilitato per\u00f2 dallo storytelling del contenuto e da una piattaforma digitale integrata e seamless.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section sono pi\u00f9 la novit\u00e0 per i consumatori, che nel frattempo hanno nuove aspettative: si \u00e8 alzata l\u2019asticella, tanto che ora il pubblico non solo vuole, ma pretende, un customer care impeccabile, ottimo design, esperienze wow e senza intoppi, un sito e dei social pieni zeppi di contenuti di intrattenimento, supportati da una community coinvolgente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1ead8be5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1ead8be5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In tanti, soprattutto a livello internazionale, hanno visto questo momento storico come un\u2019onda da cavalcare, piena di opportunit\u00e0 per differenziarsi sul mercato. Il risultato per\u00f2 \u00e8 stato esattamente l\u2019opposto. Ovvero <strong>un\u2019omologazione in termini di proposta <\/strong>data dal voler seguire \u201cle leggi del DTC\u201d alla lettera: presa una tipologia di prodotto, come lo spazzolino elettrico, possiamo vedere come il mercato si stia saturando di prodotti uguali, con lo stesso modello di business, con lo stesso design, la stessa strategia di comunicazione e tone of voice. Anche per nicchie che sono state dimenticate da tempo, come ad esempio le generazioni pi\u00f9 grandi o la popolazione della provincia.
