We are looking for analytical thinking professionals for our information technology team, to collaboratively support all areas of the company in the development of solutions, helpdesk support and problem solving.

Skills.

  • Proactivity, commitment and responsibility in time and task management;
  • Interest for continuous learning;
  • Sense of urgency – discernment to act on or escalate an occurrence;
  • Ability to resolve connection issues/give support during online events.

Technical expertise.

  • Basic knowledge of IT structure;
  • Basic notion of Windows 10;
  • Strong knowledge of Mac X and native apps;
  • Office 365 suite for Mac, Windows and online;
  • Adobe CC package
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.

Availability to perform on-site support in Greater São Paulo and work at the company’s headquarters, located in the Berrini region.
