The person will be in charge of managing the projects in a collaborative work between research, strategy, design and operation internal teams, focusing on delivering value, projects’ outcomes and new opportunities, helping to build up a strong relationship with our clients and actively contributing for business growth.
Responsibilities.
- Account and project management – briefing, debriefings, elaboration of scopes and offerings, presentations, timeline and deadlines, financially planning and monitoring projects’ outcomes.
- Interface with the client and internal team, from projects’ briefing to final delivery.
- Strategic vision – in order to identify added value opportunities to projects and leverage businesses.
Skills and expertise.
- Experience in design and communication agencies, or in the area of marketing, strategy and innovation, in Design, Branding and Strategy projects.
- Curiosity to continuously learn and share.
- Creativity.
- Organization, analytic capacity for figuring challenges out, positive attitude and being open to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactivity, commitment and responsibility.
- Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. English is desirable.
