Goals, actions, and results on the road to 2030
Since 2022, CBA B+G has made a public commitment to sustainability, aligned with the UN 2030 Agenda. We became signatories of the Global Compact and set 7 transformative goals and 16 specific commitments focused on environmental, social, and governance dimensions. Our work aims to create shared value, helping build a more conscious system, connected to the challenges of our time.
ESG COMMITTEE
Created in 2023, the ESG Committee is responsible for implementing CBA B+G’s sustainability strategy. Working in synergy with all areas, the group promotes impactful initiatives and tracks the KPIs tied to our 2030 commitments.
The committee is led by our Head of People, Barbara Duavy, reinforcing ESG as a core element of our strategy and company culture.
2023–2024 ESG REPORT RESULTS
CBA B+G’s second sustainability report highlights progress made in the 2023–2024 biennium across environmental, social, and governance fronts. This period saw a significant boost in ESG efforts, with a strong focus on implementing commitments and monitoring key performance indicators.
We improved our sustainability ratings and strengthened our presence as a UN Global Compact signatory, actively participating in knowledge-sharing tracks and best practice initiatives.
Digital transformation was a key pillar during this cycle. We expanded the use of tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven management—reducing repetitive tasks and opening up more space for creativity, well-being, and impact.

COMMITMENT STATUS
To achieve our 7 goals by 2030, we defined 16 concrete commitments with measurable progress indicators. Between 2023 and 2024, 8 of these commitments were completed. The others are in progress, with KPIs ranging from 20% to 70%.
Progress on these commitments reflects the realization of our defined goals. KPIs are updated regularly as new milestones are reached.
We remain committed to a more conscious and connected future. By 2030, our journey continues with a strong focus on a culture of positive impact, innovation, and active contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
