‘Submitting an application in response to a job advertisement or submitting a speculative application involves the collection and processing of personal data provided by the applicant to CBA ISTANBUL. In this regard, CBA ISTANBUL has taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of data sent to it.
Personal data collected in this context are only used for recruitment purposes within CBA ISTANBUL, on the basis of the consent freely given by the candidate. These personal data are sent to the Human Resources Department and to the employees of CBA ISTANBUL who are involved in the application.
The data provided by the candidate are required for CBA ISTANBUL to process their application. By refusing to provide certain requested information, CBA ISTANBUL may not be able to process the application.
Personal data collected in this context may be kept for a maximum of 3 (three) years as of the date of last contact with the candidate and may allow CBA ISTANBUL to keep the candidate informed of other opportunities within the group to which it belongs.
When the candidate submits an application, whether in response to a specific job or speculatively, CBA ISTANBUL is authorised to submit the application for employment opportunities other than those for which the candidate has applied, as well as to send the application to other entities in the group to which it belongs, in order to maximise their chance of success.
