Skills and responsibilities.

  • Designs all graphic creations based on a brief provided by the sales department, taking responsibility for the creative quality and originality of assigned projects.

  • Presents recommendations and creative ideas to their team leader, the Creative Director, and/or the sales department, organizes, defends, and argues for them. May also attend client presentations with the agency’s sales team.

  • Supervises the execution, creative oversight, and refinement of the directions approved by the Creative Director, the sales department, and later by the client.

  • Maintains and nurtures creativity by staying informed about artistic developments, evolving techniques, and new technological applications.

  • Keeps informed about competing graphic designs and analyzes them, staying updated on graphic trends.

    Ensures that their designs are truly feasible within the technical constraints imposed.

  • Ensures that the time spent on each budget under their responsibility aligns with the time allocated by the sales department.

  • Possesses knowledge of the techniques used (layout, graphic design, typography, photography, styling, etc.) and the tools used for their implementation (especially common software).

  • Masters the constraints of the graphic production process, including printing procedures.

  • Takes charge of design projects that place a significant emphasis on personal qualities and require mastery of the role in handling simple issues.

  • Supervises and reviews the work of assistants to whom creative or production tasks are delegated.

  • Demonstrates a mastery of the role or a type of creative thinking that allows them to tackle complex creative challenges.

  • Acts as a substitute for the team leader in their absence and temporarily assumes all of their responsibilities.

Requirements and qualifications.

  • Able to lead and inspire the team, clients and external parties

  • Must be very comfortable communicating with international teams so fluency in English is an ABSOLUTE MUST

  • Good at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its development
