Leads strategic local & international client accounts with positive energy, patience and attention to detail
Is a trusted advisor to the clients
Is able to successfully collaborate and lead new business proposals and work across departments / teams
Independently leads integrated accounts, manages team members to produce consistently good results, while building a highly-engaged team.
Works very closely with local and international creative teams and takes responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets client’s needs and addresses the brief
Manages all internal and external parties involved in the project, carefully monitoring the project timelines
Maintains a detailed awareness of relevant trends affecting his/her accounts and developments in the wider industry
Requirements and qualifications.
Able to lead and inspire the team, clients and external parties
Must be very comfortable communicating with international teams so fluency in English is an ABSOLUTE MUST
Minimum of 8+ years of experience, preferably at an agency
Good at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its development
