Unfortunately, Perugina&#8217;s packaging and identity was no longer living up to this legacy.<\/p><p>CBA was tasked with helping to elevate Perugina&#8217;s brand architecture, packaging and brand identity to better express its uniqueness. A new logotype encompasses the brand&#8217;s Italian heritage and ties in the city name to evoke a sense of place. Each product within the range has its own personality expressed through shape and pattern: from a generous smattering of cacao powder for the baking range, a rich brushstroke for the creative Tablo range and a golden artistic pattern for gifting. The new design is full of personality and elevates the classic brand to new heights.<br In 1988, the brand was acquired by the Nestl\u00e9 Group, but the heart of the production remains in the factory in San Sisto, Perugia.
