Missions.
As an International Communication Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team, working on communication initiatives on an international scale. You’ll be at the heart of the action, contributing to shaping the image of our agency across various communication channels. You will play a key role in coordinating international events, producing content for our social media and website, and executing marketing strategies. You’ll have the chance to make your mark by creating impactful communications campaigns! Your main missions will be:
• Event coordination: You will assist in logistics and coordination with our partners for communication events.
• Content production: You will support content production in English and French for our social media, press relations, and website.
• Updating our websites and social media: You will be involved in managing content and publications on our various communication channels.
• Developing marketing strategies: Creating newsletter themes, analysing potential prospects, using the mailing platform, etc.
• Execution of global communication campaigns: You will assist in the execution of communication campaigns in coordination with our communication team.
• Analysis and measurement of impact: You will contribute to the analysis and measurement of the impact of our communication initiatives.
Searched profile.
Be a communication student with an interest in international affairs.
Excellent command of English and French. Another language would be a plus.
Previous experience in communication.
Have a good knowledge of communication tools, such as social media, web content management and data analysis tools.
Be organised, autonomous and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Being proactive and independent.
