Creating a play area for children.
After 7 years of collaboration, Coop once again calls upon CBA Design to assist them in the creation and development of its playground area, an outdoor and indoor play space dedicated to children.

Après 7 ans de collaboration, Coop fait de nouveau appel à CBA Design pour l’accompagner dans la création et le développement de son espace « playground », un espace de jeux en extérieur et intérieur dédié à l’enfant.
A concept focused on children and serving families.
CBA Design imagines a concept focused on children and serving families. The goal is to offer a playful and physical space where children can develop their motor skills and play safely. Play modules are created while respecting Coop’s iconic visual identity.
CBA has carefully incorporated Coop’s strong brand elements, originally designed by the agency a few years ago, in order to reinforce the sense of belonging to the brand. Coop’s flagship materials such as wood and pattern are used for the space’s facades.
The architecture is in line with CBA’s Critical Imprint and showcases design as a true marker of responsible utility. The customer journey is designed for both children and parents, inviting them to spend quality time together at Fribourg Sud. CBA Design has collaborated with Kompan Commercial Systems to build the playground and ensure safety issues.
Since its opening last spring, this first playground has been a true success, attracting numerous schools to enjoy this play space.
