Introduction

The user of the website www.cba-design.com (hereinafter the ‘Website’) is defined as any person having access to the Website for the purpose of visiting it (hereinafter the ‘User’). The Website is an information site intended to introduce the activity of CBA PARIS (hereinafter referred to as ‘CBA PARIS’) to any private or professional audience wishing to learn about CBA PARIS and its work, as well as to list CBA PARIS job advertisements and to receive applications in response to these advertisements and/or speculative applications (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’). The Website is owned by CBA PARIS.

Applicable law and election of jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to French law.

Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or termination of the Terms and Conditions of Use concluded between CBA PARIS and the User, even in the case of multiple defendants, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. This election of jurisdiction shall apply notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or introduction of third parties, including for urgent or preventive measures by application for summary proceedings or by petition.
