With over 300 restaurants in Italy, La Piadineria wants to establish itself in the French market, a field that is still unknown to the brand. Faced with this challenge, CBA Paris had to develop a striking concept that is adapted to the specific expectations of French consumers, who are not familiar with La Piadineria’s flagship product: the piadina.
From fast food to authentic street food.
La Piadineria’s desire to open up to the French market has led to a complete reinvention of its concept. Gone is the impersonal fast food, in comes authentic street food. The two first addresses in Paris bear witness to this radical change. By revisiting Italian codes without giving in to clichés, the restaurant adopts a more modern style while still being inspired by the street atmospheres of small Italian villages.
Guinguette-style garlands and street lantern-like lights give a friendly and relaxed touch, inviting guests to enjoy the La Piadineria experience outdoors.
With two addresses in Paris as a starting point, La Piadineria has national ambitions.
