A Rich Taste & History.
Postel abbey cheese is a unique cheese with an intense fruity taste and a firm but melting texture. This unique cheese has not only a rich taste but also a rich history. It was born from the meeting between the monks of the Postel abbey and a great cheese maker.

In the heart of the Campinne, in the middle of the woods and fields, lies the Postel Abbey: the monks who live there are called the Witheren. In old Flemish, this word designates the men in white (contraction of “Witte” and “Heren”), in reference to their white woolen habit.
