During the reign of King Louis XV, Antoine-Claude Maille was a master distiller of vinegars and manufacturer of high quality mustards. His products were praised by the King, and were soon sought by all the major European courts, and so the brand Maille was born.
After many years in the marketplace, Maille had lost a good deal of its cachet. It sought to revive its 265 years of gastronomic history, leveraging the premiumness of its brand and products across all touch points. To do just that, CBA helped Maille open a network of culinary boutiques with a revitalized brand.
