Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or termination of the Terms and Conditions of Use concluded between CBA USA and the User, even in the case of multiple defendants, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States. This election of jurisdiction shall apply notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or introduction of third parties, including for urgent or preventive measures by application for summary proceedings or by petition.
