As a senior digital identity designer you will be leading corporate identity projects that both live in the real world and in digital. We will rely on you to create groundbreaking innovative digital ready brand designs.

We are looking to hire for our NYC office, however we are not limiting our search to the NYC metro area. There is a potential for a visa sponsorship for the successful candidate after a remote trial.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and manage design systems from the concept, digital brand assets, guidelines to client handover
• Lead the CBA digital mindset
• Generate interesting ideas with strong strategic and conceptual foundations
• Lead and provide input across all stages of the projects
• Present your work with passion and conviction
• Deliver projects within scope and budget
• Support your creative and account team members to meet our collective goals
• Organize your work follow and help to continually improve internal process

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Design Degree (although not essential)
• A high quality digital portfolio showing:
  • Independent creative thinking
  • Your creative process
  • Digital experience
  • Corporate brand guideline experience
• Skilled at Illustrator / Photoshop / Sketch / Figma / Acrobat / InDesign
• Experience with any digital collaboration tools like Mural, Miro and/or Figjam is a plus
• Motion design skills
