Held in May 2023 at the HQ, the conference was the first in person event post covid to bring back together all Nestlé marketing leaders from around the world and unite this community around the Nestlé marketing ambition, priorities, inspiring content and so much more. This event was the first opportunity to unveil the Group Marketing brand visual identity.
In close collaboration with the Nestlé global team, we designed a captivating visual identity centered around a prominent dynamic “M,” symbolizing the Impact and Scale, 2 key dimensions of the Nestlé’s marketing strategy. This identity not only unveiled the Group Marketing brand but also materialized it into a strategically designed, comprehensive, and distinctive visual representation that effectively conveyed its meaning and value.
Throughout the development of all communication materials, we ensured utmost alignment not only with the event’s vision but also with the company’s core values. A particular emphasis was placed on sustainability, as we carefully selected conscious materials for each element and created merchandises that truly appealed to people’s desires, making it more likely for them to retain and cherish these items.
The communication for the event was thoughtfully crafted throughout the participant journey. To build anticipation, we developed materials to prepare attendees and generate excitement. And with the Nestlé team, we mapped the event to identify the best opportunities for crafting a functional, rewarding, and immersive experience, allowing attendees to fully engage in the moment and even take home lasting memories.
As the Conference was taking place at the Nestlé HQ in Switzerland, guiding people through the building was key to ease navigation and create a positive and memorable impression of the space and environment. We developed a complete way finding tool kit of printed and digital materials.
We also actively participated in crafting the presentations that were showcased at the Conference. Working closely alongside the Nestlé team, we contributed to the development of compelling content, formulated the structure and flow, and meticulously ensured visual coherence with the event’s brand identity. By adopting this holistic approach, we were able to produce presentations that not only supported the overall vision but also captivated and engaged the audience at every stage.

Our role was also to orchestrate the event production, demonstrating our comprehensive A to Z approach. Coordinating everyday a dedicated team of designers, production artist, motion designer, illustrators and production consultants, we helped the Nestlé team in the sourcing of external vendors to produce sustainable printed signage and goodies, guiding on material formats and substrates, supervising printers and ensuring quality and color control.
Our role was also to orchestrate the event production, demonstrating our comprehensive A to Z approach. On the D-Days, we acted on site as an event coordinator to support the Nestlé team with the overall set up, the event experience and all last minute tests and requests. Contributing with the team to craft a detailed roadmap for each conference day to assign task, role and responsibilities to each internal team member while ensuring the delivery and success of the event.
