Beyond methodology and process, Sprint Mode® embodies a philosophy. UVP

Designed to collectively find products and services consumers want, this exercise aims to empathize with the consumer, putting ourselves in their shoes; it focuses on the jobs they have to do, while assessing the pains and gains they face while doing them. Depending on complexity, this is done in 2-3 weeks.

Lightning Decision Jam

An introduction to Sprint Mode® and a tool to help identify 3 key challenges facing your business/initiative. Each challenge is then validated against an impact/effort scale. We would need 4-8 members from your team to participate. Established brands and start-ups alike could benefit from this Sprint.

Brand Architecture & Pillar Visualization

A series of 4 workshop-style sessions conducted over 3-4 weeks. The process involves establishing a framework for the brand and creating mood boards to visualize and differentiate pillars. The boards are then used as a tool to help guide creative development.

Creative Brief Writing

A 1-day session designed to frame your challenge or need, brainstorm possible solutions (in words written on post-it notes), and align on 3 solutions for the design team to execute as a next step in the creative process.

Brand Positioning

A 3-week collaborative process with up to 5 work sessions that aim to define your brand’s positioning, purpose, values and personality. An alternative to this full 3-week development is a 2-3 day work session during which we use the same process to stress test existing positioning.

A-Game by CBA

A proprietary 2-hour online board game that CBA has designed to identify your brand’s archetype. Defining a brand archetype can deepen your brand story and create meaningful connections with consumers, building awareness and loyalty.
